The Dhaka University Career Club (DUCC) held its executive committee handover ceremony on 13 March at the FBS Management Club of the Faculty of Business Studies.

The programme brought together members of the 2025–2026 executive committee, former DUCC members working in various national institutions, and guests from the university community.

Former Vice-Chancellor Niaz Ahmed Khan and the Pro-Vice-Chancellor attended the event as chief guests, reflecting the university administration’s support for initiatives promoting student leadership and professional development.

The newly formed committee included Dewan Md Madhurjjo as president, Nafisa Sikder Nelema as vice-president (administration), Tahmid Murshed as vice-president (operations), and Rafid Bin Reazuddin as general secretary.

The event also marked a leadership transition within the organisation, with several members of the outgoing committee promoted to key roles in recognition of their contributions.

Former Vice-Chancellor Niaz Ahmed Khan welcomed the new committee and encouraged them to continue contributing to student development and leadership initiatives.

The programme concluded with a collective iftar and a networking session among members, alumni and the wider DUCC community.
