US Embassy launches STEM workshops for 100 Bangladeshi students
The American Center at the U.S. Embassy Dhaka has launched a series of workshops aimed at equipping 100 Bangladeshi students with skills in 3D printing, coding, programming and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
The initiative seeks to provide students with hands-on training using American technology and guidance from US experts, helping participants gain practical experience in emerging technological fields.
According to the US Embassy official Facebook page, the workshops are designed to support the development of Bangladesh’s future technology leaders while promoting greater engagement in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education.
The programme will focus on building technical expertise among young learners and encouraging innovation in areas expected to play a major role in the country’s future information technology sector.
