atB Jobs is set to organise Women’s Job Fair 2026 in Dhaka on 19 June, aiming to strengthen women’s participation in the workforce and create new opportunities for career development and professional networking.

The event will be held from 10am to 6pm at the Elite Convention Hall in Gulshan, Dhaka.

atB Jobs Bangladesh is organising the event in collaboration with Career Hub – Powered by BRAC, while SMC is the Women Empowerment Partner.

Organisers said the event will be one of the country’s largest women-focused job fairs, bringing together employers, jobseekers and career development platforms under one roof.

The fair is expected to welcome more than 5,000 female jobseekers and around 50 organisations from diverse industries.

It will serve as a direct recruitment platform where participants can attend interviews, receive career guidance and expand their professional networks.

Participating organisations include Aarong, Confidence Infrastructure PLC, STS Group, Sajida Foundation, iFarmer, Syngenta Bangladesh, QA Harbor Limited, Hameem Group, Orange Corners Bangladesh, PRAN, Fakir Fashion, LankaBangla Finance PLC, Bitopi Group, Asian Holdings, Get Levrg, Augmedix Bangladesh, Job Booster Bangladesh, Zenov BPO, Fiber@Home, WEND, Wander Woman, Sunman Group, Glafit, Sunset Kuakata Hotel & Resort Ltd, Bay Development, Nippon Koei Bangladesh Ltd and Joules Power Ltd, among others.

The event partners include JETRO, JBCCI, KIMONOVA, BREONNA, Joya Sanitary Napkin, SMC PLUS and Takumi – A Japanese Restaurant.

The fair is open to fresh graduates, mid-level and senior professionals. Male participants who wish to support women’s empowerment may also attend, organisers said.

Organisers said the Women’s Job Fair 2026 aims to create a career platform that supports women’s access to employment, networking and professional growth.
