ACBA honours graduates at Batch-21 certificate awarding ceremony
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, celebrated the course completion of ACBA Batch 21 at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban on Friday, 12 June 2026.
Professor Dr Abdus Salam, Honourable Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the University of Dhaka, attended the ceremony as the chief guest.
Dr Md Kabir Ahmed, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, graced the occasion as the guest of honour.
Professor Dr Abu Yousuf Md Abdullah, Director of IBA, chaired the certificate-awarding session.
Dr Md Mohiuddin, Moderator of ACBA, and Professor Md Ridhwanul Haq, PhD, Coordinator of MDP, also spoke on the occasion.
In his remarks, chief guest Professor Dr Abdus Salam congratulated the participants on their achievement and emphasised the importance of leadership, integrity and continuous self-development in building successful careers.
The ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr Abu Yousuf Md Abdullah, Director of IBA, University of Dhaka.
In his remarks, he praised the dedication of the participants and reaffirmed IBA’s commitment to developing capable business leaders through quality executive education programmes.
He noted that the ACBA programme continues to play an important role in strengthening managerial and leadership competencies among professionals from various sectors.
An atmosphere of joy and pride prevailed as the participants received their certificates.
IBA faculty members and prominent corporate personalities were present at the ceremony, which celebrated the progress the participants had made during the course and inspired them to achieve more.
The programme concluded with a dinner.
