atB Jobs Bangladesh organised the Women’s Job Fair 2026 on 19 June at Elite Convention Hall, Gulshan, aiming to enhance women’s participation in the workforce and expand access to career opportunities.

The event was held in collaboration with BRAC’s Career Hub and Women Empowerment Partner SMC. It brought together more than 50 local and multinational organisations and recorded participation from over 6,000 attendees, with more than 11,790 job applications submitted through digital platforms.

Participating employers included organisations from sectors such as garments, finance, technology, development, and manufacturing, offering opportunities for fresh graduates, mid-level professionals, and women returning to the workforce.

The fair functioned as a direct recruitment platform where participants could engage with employers, submit applications, attend interviews, and access career guidance services.

Organisers stated that the initiative was designed to create a more inclusive employment ecosystem and address barriers faced by women in accessing formal job markets. They added that the strong participation from both employers and job seekers reflects growing demand for targeted recruitment platforms focused on women’s employment.

Following the success of the event, atB Jobs Bangladesh said it plans to continue similar initiatives to support workforce inclusion and career development opportunities for women in Bangladesh.
