Stamford University Bangladesh will host Career Expo 2026 on Saturday, 3 October, at its Dhaka campus.

The event will connect students and fresh graduates with prospective employers and offer opportunities for jobs, internships, and career development.

Organised under the theme “Build Your Future”, the day-long event will bring together university students, alumni, industry representatives, and career experts, offering opportunities for recruitment, networking, skills development, and guidance on workplace preparation, according to the press release.

The Career Counselling and Placement Centre (CCPC) of Stamford University Bangladesh is organising the event in collaboration with JCI Dhaka Impact, JCI Dhaka Heritage and JCI Dhaka Diplomats.

The programme is scheduled to run from 9 am to 5 pm at the university’s Siddeswari campus.

The expo will give participants opportunities to interact directly with prospective employers, explore jobs and internships, gain insights into the current employment market, and learn about different career paths.

The event will also include career counselling sessions and activities focused on professional development and workplace preparation.

According to the organisers, one of the main objectives of the Career Expo is to bridge the gap between academic life and professional careers and help students prepare for employment after graduation.

The programme will also provide students and graduates with opportunities to understand employers’ expectations and develop professional skills relevant to the current job market.

Students, alumni, and relevant professionals are invited to participate in Career Expo 2026 and take advantage of the opportunities available throughout the day.

Stamford University said it regularly undertakes initiatives to prepare students and graduates for professional careers, create employment opportunities, and strengthen engagement between students and industry.
