The SSC examinations will begin on 7 January 2027 and continue until 6 February 2027, while the HSC examinations are set to start on 6 June 2027 and end on 13 July 2027.

Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon made the announcement at a press conference held at the Ministry of Education’s conference room at the Secretariat on Thursday (14 May) afternoon.

He said the initial plan was to complete all examinations by December this year in order to reduce session congestion. However, following discussions with relevant stakeholders, a revised schedule has been finalised in the interest of students’ convenience.
