Students of BRAC University successfully organised Saraswati Puja at the university’s Residential Campus in Savar, celebrating the festival with devotion, discipline, and cultural harmony. The event reflected the collective effort of students across batches, under the guidance of senior students and faculty members.

Students of BRAC University successfully organised Saraswati Puja at the university’s Residential Campus in Savar, celebrating the festival with devotion, discipline, and cultural harmony. The event reflected the collective effort of students across batches, under the guidance of senior students and faculty members.
The overall operations and management of the programme were coordinated by Alok Sarker Amit and Anoy Chandra Moishan, ensuring the smooth execution of rituals and event logistics. The cultural segment was managed by Pallab Roy and Niloy Roy, who contributed to maintaining the traditional and spiritual essence of the celebration.

Volunteer management was led by Soumitra Das, Antar Nath, and Showbhik Das Gupta, whose team played a crucial role in crowd control, coordination, and overall assistance throughout the event. The aesthetic and visual arrangements of the puja venue were handled by the décor management team, consisting of Ripon Saha, Prachi Das, and Anik Dey, who adorned the campus with traditional decorations, floral designs, and alpona.

Sponsor management was overseen by DS Paul, ensuring the necessary support for the successful organisation of the event. In addition, senior students Vaskar Bhattacharjee, Avisheek Sikder Oleen, Promit Arjan, Avishek Nandi, and Arundhaty Chowdhury provided overall guidance and supervision, supporting the organisers at every stage of planning and execution.
Among the faculty members, Dr Imon Chowdhuree from the Department of Architecture served as the main adviser for the programme, offering academic and organisational guidance and ensuring that the celebration aligned with university values and regulations.
The puja ceremony included traditional rituals, anjali, and offerings, with participation from students, faculty members, and residential campus staff. The event fostered inclusivity, cultural respect, and community bonding among students from diverse backgrounds.
The successful organisation of Saraswati Puja once again highlighted BRAC University students’ commitment to preserving cultural heritage while promoting unity and cooperation within the campus community.
